Port Uncorked Workshop

Join me for this tutored workshop on Port wine.

I'll introduce you to the history, the region and it's influences. 

We will taste 6 different Port styles beginning with a white Port and creating a 'Portonic' cocktail that you will find in the restaurants and bars in Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. This will be followed by a Reserve Ruby, an LBV, a 10 and a 20 year old Tawny and a Vintage Port.

You will also be able to discover your favourite Port pairings with cheese and chocolate.
