The type of information we collect:

We currently collect and process the following information:

Name, email address, phone number, and where items such as study packs need to be delivered an address.

How do we get the information and why do we have it?

Most of the personal information we process is provided to me directly by you either by email/website contact form/social media channels for one of the following reasons:

To book or enquire about a tasting, course or event

To correspond with you regarding an enquiry you have made or a bout a tasting course or event you have booked for the purpose of carrying out that service.

To send out either by mail or email, course literature/documentation/certificates for a course you have booked

To let you know about  future courses, tastings and events that might be of interest to you

We may share this information and also date of birth when provided with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) for the purposes of registering you for the exam. This is for candidates taking WSET courses only.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We will keep the details you provide (name/address/email/phone number/DOB) for as long as deemed necessary.We will then dispose of them securely. Electronically held information will be deleted and information held on paper will be shredded and disposed of securely.
