I've booked and pre paid for an event but can't make it, please can I have a refund or a credit to attend a future tasting? I'm sorry but as events are planned around booked numbers, I can't give refunds or credits (it's a bit like buying a ticket for a gig/theatre) However if you can't attend for any reason, feel free to pass your place on to a wine loving friend and just let me know to expect them.

I've bought a gift card, how long does it last and what can I use it for? The gift card is valid for 24 months after purchase and can be used as full or part payment for any courses, events or tastings on this site. You can also use it towards a private tasting. Any unused amount will be held for you to use within the 24 month period

I've booked a course/tasting, why is my email address required? If you have booked a course or tasting, I may contact you regarding that. If you have booked a WSET courses, your email address will be shared with them to register you for the course.
