Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Masterclass

My eyes were well and truly opened on a recent study trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Vineyards of Conegliano Valdobbiadene and I'm excited to share the wines of the region with you.

This masterclass featuring 7 wines will introduce you to the region and the terroir.

We will look at how it gained it's UNESCO status, discover the Glera grape and learn about the winemaking and how it impacts on the final style of the wine and the bubble as well as understanding the label.

A sharing cheese platter will be served.

Tables will be shared with fellow wine lovers.
