This informal tutored tasting will introduce you to 6 classic black grapes -Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, Malbec and Tempranillo.
Get to know their personalities and key locations and how the final red wine is influenced by climate, grape growing and wine making.
We will taste 6 wines all chosen from the extensive shelves at Monty's.
