From Veneto in the North East to Sicily, volcanic activity has shaped the Italian landscape and the volcanic soils left behind are ideal for grape growing.
This tutored tasting of 8 wines, a mixture of white and red will introduce you to some some of those wines and explain how the soils impact on the wine.
A sharing cheese platter will be served.
Tables are shared with fellow wine lovers.
