Wine and Spirit Education Trust Courses
The Wine and Spirit Education Trust was founded in 1969 to provide good quality wine education. Their qualifications are now offered in 50 countries around the world and enjoyed by both professionals and enthusiastic amateurs.
It was working through their courses which opened my eyes to the world of wine.
As an Approved Programme Provider (APP), nominated Educator and Associate of the Institute of Wines and Spirits (AIWS), I will take care of the administration, tutoring of the course , organisation of exams and also act as internal assessor (advanced).
I currently offer Level 1 Award in Wines, Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits, Level 3 award in Wines and Spirits.
In Aberdeen, I work with Hospitality Training to offer the courses.
I can also bring the courses in-house to the trade in Aberdeen and across Scotland and work with in a time frame that suits your business needs. Clients include the Gleneagles Hotel, the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa Edinburgh and Gordon and MacPhail, Elgin.
