GOURMET WINE DINNERS
Good food deserves good wine and selecting the right wine to go with a dish can enhance any meal.
A gourmet wine dinner will give you the opportunity to try a different wine selected to go with each course from the sparkling wine with canapes through to dessert wine with pudding.
Whether you are an individual wishing to entertain clients, a group of friends or a hotel or restaurant wishing to offer something a little different for your guests, a Gourmet Wine dinner makes an evening to remember.
I will liaise with the chef regarding the menu, select the wines and talk about each wine between courses.
Evenings can be themed to a country or region or the wine selection can be made from around the world.
Hosting Fee £250.00 in Aberdeen, outside Aberdeen from £275.00 plus any necessary travel and accommodation costs. Wine costs are extra.
